The hardest thing to do in life is to stay consistent and getting better about your mental and health. With staying consistent you need support and what’s better than being supportive with your significant other. Now where do fitness fit into all of this, The Stylesual bae challenge that my wife and I came up with to be supportive and fit but have fun while doing so. Below is the list of exercises we created
This entire workout take a hour and half at best, we’re not gym rats, we like to get in the gym get our work done and leave. The biggest thing about the gym is going in without an itinerary which can be damaging to your time and workout flow, this challenge is fun and a couple building mentality workout have fun and GO!
