Hey guys, it’s been awhile since I’ve done a post dedicated to my kicks collections. Believe, I’ve missed it. But do you agree, there just hasn’t been many dope kicks drop recently? Besides the Airmax customs by Sean, we haven’t seen anything authentic and different. I personally don’t like to buy the same shoe everyone else is buying. This strategy makes buying shoes very difficult as you can imagine.
But, I’ve picked up three new pairs and I’m just now getting around to doing some photos with them. First up, Jordan 13s City of Flight. I didn’t originally want these shoes but my obsession with Jordan 13s just wouldn’t let me live. They sat on the store shelves for about 3-4 weeks before I finally gave in to getting them. Besides since I have the History of Flight, I might as well get the City, right? (Only a sneakerhead would think like that). The look I put with these was inspired by an Atlanta Boutique owner. Although not totally the same, she made wearing denim on demin in loose fashion look so feminine. Her name? Rasheeda Frost of PressedATL.com. She’s a wife, mom, owner, artist and an all around #GirlBoss.
Lately, finding fashion inspiration that’s also comfortable and not full of high heels and Gucci has been difficult as well. (I think this post is turning into a vent…lol) So, I’ve been browsing Rasheeda’s Instagram feed every now and then. Who have you been turning to for fashionable inspiration? Let me know.
And, of course a fashion post wouldn’t be complete without having Nimo beside me giving the men some fashionable inspiration. He’s wearing a customized denim vest, a Fresh Prince of Bel-Air jersey with Banks on the back, denim shorts, and his Adidas Originals high tops with a checkered Vans hat.
Yes, we match as per usual.
